Wedding Websites
Designed as part of your stationery - not an afterthought
Your wedding website should feel just as thoughtful and personal as your invitations. A beautifully considered space that brings everything together - your theme and artwork, all necessary information, and easy guest management.
My wedding websites are designed as an extension of your invitations, using the same artwork, colour palette, and overall mood, so everything your guests see feels cohesive and intentional.
Why choose a custom wedding website?
A wedding website does a lot of practical work behind the scenes, but it can also be something genuinely lovely to visit.
A custom site means:
Your website actually looks like your wedding, instead of a template layout
Your invitation artwork is carried across print and digital, creating a consistent visual thread and giving it another place to live and be experienced.
Each element is personalised - from the digital invitation and ‘welcome’, to custom RSVP fields, photo galleries, and ongoing edits as plans evolve.
For couples who care about design and storytelling, a bespoke site turns something functional into something meaningful.
Fully Bespoke vs. Semi-Custom Wedding Websites
Semi-custom
A refined, streamlined option that pairs beautifully with your stationery.
One main scrolling page with sections for your wedding details, order of events, travel & accommodation, dress code, gifts, children, and wedding menu
Full RSVP management and storage
Template style with a flexible build to match your style and needed sections
Artwork digitised from your invitations and used across the website
Ideal if you want something cohesive and polished without needing a multi-page build.
Fully Bespoke
A completely bespoke experience, designed from the ground up.
Multiple pages (usually 6-8)
Fully custom layouts and event branding
Unique structure and navigation
Bespoke styling and thoughtful details
Optional custom coding elements
RSVP management and storage
This option is best if you want a more immersive, editorial-style website or have more complex information to share for a destination or multi-day celebration
A few practical details
-
Wedding websites are typically designed alongside your invitation suite, but can also be created earlier for save the dates or guest information.
-
For most couples, the wedding website becomes the central reference point for guests throughout the planning process. It’s where they RSVP, double-check details, confirm timings, and find practical information as plans evolve.
Having everything clearly organised in one calm, considered place helps reduce follow-up questions and makes the experience easier for both you and your guests.
-
Our RSVP management is designed for both you and your guests' ease.
Besides the essential details, you can tailor the form to ask everything you need from your guests to plan effectively - from meal options to songs to get them on the dance floor.
You’ll get a notification when someone responds, and all responses will be stored in an easily accessible Excel file.
-
Every website is tailored to your wedding, whether you choose a semi-custom or fully bespoke option. Layout, colour palette, typography, wording, sections, and RSVP fields can all be adapted to suit your plans and priorities.
-
You can send us your engagement photos and memories to build into the website, either within a gallery, or knitted throughout the website design. We also offer solutions for guests to upload their own photos and videos from the wedding day.
-
You won’t need to manage the technical side of the website yourself. I’ll take care of updates and edits for you, so everything stays consistent and stress-free. If you ever need changes, you can simply let me know.
-
Absolutely. Wedding plans evolve, and your website can evolve with them. Edits and updates are included, whether that’s adjusting timings, adding information, or updating RSVP details.
-
Yes. Your website will be hidden from search engines as standard, but for an extra layer of protection we recommend password protection.
-
The websites are designed to be clear, intuitive, and easy to navigate for guests of all ages. Information is laid out simply, with no unnecessary steps or complicated menus.
-
At the moment, I only offer websites as part of a package alongside invitations and save the dates. They’re designed around the artwork we create for each couple so everything ties together cohesively - because of this, it’s not something I offer as a standalone service right now.
-
Both semi-custom and bespoke wedding websites are hosted through the Jade Marie Atelier website. This means there’s no need for separate hosting fees, and the set-up process is simpler and more streamlined.
There is no visible Jade Marie Atelier branding on your website. The only place the main site appears is within the browser URL, and if you’d prefer, a custom domain can be purchased so your website link can be printed cleanly on your invitations.
If you have a question that isn’t covered here, feel free to get in touch - I’m always happy to help.
Thinking about your wedding website?
Wedding websites are usually designed alongside your invitations, but can also be commissioned separately. If you’re not sure which option is right, I’m always happy to talk it through and help you decide what makes sense for your plans.
