Jade Marie Atelier is a UK-based stationery and design business creating bespoke wedding stationery and artwork. This policy applies to all data collected through our website, emails, forms, and phone calls.

  • Couriers: To deliver your finished products.

  • Google Docs: For guest lists and addresses for envelope printing, and your invitation and website wording (these are always restricted access documents, between us and the client only).

All third parties I work with are GDPR-compliant, and I ensure your data is handled securely.

6. Storing Your Data

  • Digital Data: Stored securely on Google Drive with two-factor authentication enabled.

  • Physical Data: Spare prints of your invitations are the only physical data we keep. These are kept in a locked, secure location.

  • Data is kept only as long as necessary:

    • Invoices and payment records: Stored for 6 years for tax purposes.

    • Project-related data: Deleted 12 months after project completion unless otherwise agreed.

7. Client Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Request access to the data I hold about you.

  • Request corrections to any inaccurate data.

  • Request deletion of your data (unless needed for legal purposes).

  • Opt out of marketing communications.
