Working together

  • For bespoke wedding stationery

    Once your project begins, invitations typically take 6–10 weeks from consultation to delivery, depending on the scope and intricacy of the design. I am often fully booked 6+ months in advance, so I recommend enquiring as early as possible, even if you’re not ready to begin straight away.

    For semi-custom wedding stationery

    Allow 3–4 weeks from submitting your final wording to delivery.

    For one-off painting commissions

    Turnaround depends on my current availability, but I can usually complete commissions within 4 weeks.

  • Yes! I work with couples all over the world. Time zones are easily worked around, and all international orders are sent via DHL Express, with delivery typically taking just 1–2 working days.

    Please also note that additional customs fees may be due before you receive your stationery via courier. These are your responsibility, so please double check beforehand to avoid any surprises!

  • Absolutely. Original paintings can be added to your project for £100 per artwork.

    When an original is being created to keep, I use a slightly different process to ensure the finished piece is suitable for framing and displaying. This includes painting and scanning the artwork without trimming the original, keeping any digital adjustments to a minimum, and carefully packaging and posting the finished piece to you.

  • Yes! Absolutely. You are welcome to pay the design fee, and then your final design files will be sent to you print-ready, with advice, guidance and recommendations for print.

  • Yes, I have a wording and etiquette guide I send all couples at the start of the process, and am happy to help with suggestions along the way.

  • Absolutely! The design process includes multiple rounds of proofs and a full mock-up of your suite with envelopes and any other finishes you you have opted for, so you have a clear idea of how it will come together before final approvals.

Pricing & Payment

  • Quotes are separated into the design & artwork fee and print & production costs. Websites and on-the-day stationery are quoted separately.

    The average couple spends £3,000-£5,000 on their save the dates and invitations, and £1,000-£4,000 on the day-of stationery, depending on individual requirements.

  • Your design fee covers the entire creative process - from the initial concept through to your finished designs. This includes all bespoke artwork, design and layout, artwork digitisation, digital mock-ups, revisions and print proofs.

    For design-only projects, you’ll also receive print-ready files for all of your stationery, ready to send to your chosen printer.

  • A 50% deposit of the design fee is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due once your final print proofs are approved.

    For projects including printing, all print and production costs are also due at this stage. Nothing is sent to print until the full balance has been received.

    Payment plans are available by arrangement and can be agreed at the time of booking.

Ordering and Quanities

  • It is generally recommended to send save the dates around 8-12 months before your wedding date, and the formal invitation out around 6-4 months before the event. If you are only sending the formal invitation I generally recommend sending them a little earlier.

    Other factors that may mean you want to send them out earlier include:

    • Events spanning multiple days

    • Destination event

    • Lots of international guests

    • Events held over a public or school holiday, when people are likely to be away

  • We recommend one invitation per household plus 10%.

    The additional 10% covers keepsakes, last-minute invites, and photography.

  • Most invitation suites use digital print and die-cutting.

    If there are additional print processes you would like to include in your suite we are happy to discuss the options.

  • No, but if you know you will be ordering it at a later date, let me know and I will make sure it is booked in to avoid disappointment.

    The spring and summer months get very booked up, so it’s recommended to confirm before your invitations go out.

  • Absolutely!

Websites

  • My RSVP management is designed to make it as easy as possible for you and your guests.

    Besides the essential details, you can tailor the form to ask everything you need from your guests to plan effectively.

    You’ll get a notification when someone responds, and all responses will be stored in an easily accessible Excel file.

  • All wedding websites can adapt to your vision - whether you're after a landing page and RSVP form, or an elaborate website narrating your journey as a couple and your big day.

    You will fill out a wording document for each section of the website, and then I’ll will build each section of the website intuitively based on the amount of content.

    You then have 2 rounds of edits to make any design changes, and I’m on hand to make any edits to your details right up until your wedding day.

  • You can send me your engagement photos and memories to build into the website, either within a gallery, or knitted throughout the website design. We can also link to any shared albums you create with your guests on the day

  • For my signature websites, you’ll have the chance to review and shape it before it goes live, but won’t have access to directly edit it yourself.

    If access to edit it yourself is important, or you want to take control once it’s built, I’m happy to discuss options.

  • Yes! The design revisions refer to the build and design of the website, but if you need to change any of the wedding details you can message at any time right up to the wedding day and we will make the edits within 48 hours.

  • Yes - your website will be hidden from search engines as standard, but for an extra layer of protection I recommend password protection.

  • All my designs prioritise user-friendliness with a straightforward UX design. I understand weddings span generations!

  • At the moment, I only offer websites as part of a package alongside invitations and save the dates. They’re designed around the artwork I create for each couple so everything ties together cohesively - because of this, it’s not something I offer as a standalone service right now.
