Every stationery suite is unique, so quotes are tailored to reflect your specific artwork, format and finishing choices for your save the dates, invitations and day-of pieces. Your quote will be broken into design, print, and website - if you’ve opted for one - to give you full clarity and flexibility.

The design fee is the foundation, covering your bespoke artwork and all design work involved in bringing your stationery to life. Printing and websites are quoted separately based on your preferences and quantities.

Design Fee Tiers:

To help guide you, I offer three design tiers depending on the level of artwork and overall complexity of your stationery. Each tier is bespoke, and includes custom paintings for your invitations, day-of stationery, or a mix of both, with the option to add a wedding website onto any tier.

Stage 1

Essence

£1,500
Ideal for couples looking for a full suite of stationery designed around a smaller set of bespoke paintings. Artwork from this tier is carried across all your stationery pieces for a cohesive look, with less emphasis on variety and more on creating a signature, unified style.

    • The design of your save the dates, invitations and some day-of pieces, such as your menus and signage

    • Typically 2 main bespoke paintings,
      e.g. your venue, a landscape, a monogrammed crest, used throughout your stationery pieces

    • Access to our curated ‘illustration library’ for order of the day icons or floral borders, to add detail and variety to your designs

Story

£2,750
Perfect if you’d like to feature a larger collection of bespoke artwork across the whole of your stationery suite. This tier brings your celebration to life with multiple custom paintings, adding narrative depth and visual interest across your stationery while still keeping everything beautifully cohesive.

    • The design of your save the dates, invitations, and day-of pieces, such as menus and signage

    • Typically includes 5 main paintings to be used across your stationery pieces,
      e.g. your venue, a landscape, a crest, a custom map, portraits, ‘event timeline’ artwork

    • Access to our curated illustration library, or fully custom options

    • Fully custom layouts, with options for die-cut elements and unique shapes

Heirloom

£5,000+
A truly one-of-a-kind option for couples wanting their wedding to feel fully art-led and immersive. This tier includes significantly more design time, allowing for bespoke touches, additional artwork, and creative extras that extend beyond the stationery suite into full event branding and distinctive flourishes.

    • Design of all stationery items, from save the dates to signage, menus, and more unique custom pieces

    • Extensive bespoke artwork with full creative freedom,
      e.g. hand-painted backdrops, painted envelopes, portraits, logos, pattern design for table linens - in addition to maps, itineraries, and venue paintings

    • Full branding and suite design across multiple formats and pieces

    • Includes elaborate compositions,
      e.g. highly detailed arwork, custom-shaped inserts, rich visual storytelling

Print & Assembly

Once your design is finalised, you can either take the reins with high-resolution print-ready files and tailored guidance, or choose my full print and finishing service.

Printing with me covers everything - sourcing, proofing, hand-assembly, packaging, and delivery. Costs are quoted separately, based on numbers, formats, and the level of finishing involved.

As a guide, printing for up to 100 gatefold invitations with envelopes can be as little as £300, while suites with added detailing, inserts, and finishing touches usually fall around £600–£1,200.

For Heirloom suites and day-of stationery, costs can vary more widely depending on the number of items and level of detail. It’s not that the costs are unreasonably high - just that there are many possibilities to factor in. If you’d like a ballpark figure for your own plans, I can quickly put together a bespoke estimate to give you clarity.

Stage 2

Wedding Websites

Wedding websites are designed to flow seamlessly from your invitation suite, extending the same artwork and and style. It creates an immersive experience that keeps everything cohesive, while making guest management simple for you and engaging for your guests.

Pricing begins at £250 for a one-page site with RSVP management. Multi-page websites with custom layouts and functionality typically range between £400–£600, while fully bespoke, Heirloom-level websites - with multiple sections and unique coding, usually sit between £700–£1,000.

All updates (right up until your wedding day!) are included in the cost.
