ORDER OF THE CELEBRATIONS
Arrival of guests by 2:30pm, ceremony at 3pm, followed by canapés and drinks, dinner and dancing until midnight!
ACCOMMODATION
There are many great hotels and Airbnbs in London and transport links are good. However, if you prefer to stay locally, there are several hotels close to Richmond Park that we recommend:

If you wish to arrange a taxi independently, please inform the driver that the only access to Richmond Park is via Richmond Gate (TW10 6BF). Uber, Ola etc. usually get lost and are best avoided!
IF YOU ARE DRIVING
Entry and exit is through Richmond Gate (the gate postcode is TW10 6BF). We recommend arriving at Pembroke Lodge by 2pm for enough time to find parking.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Walking in the park after dark is not recommended as Richmond Park is a nature reserve and the roads are not lit.
Please leave the park via Richmond Gate before it closes at 12:30am.
DRESS CODE
Formal attire - dress to impress! Please wear a suit and tie or a medium length/long dress.
London in April can be chilly, so bring a warm coat – there will be a cloakroom available.
CHILDREN
While we wish we could include everyone, we are sorry that we are unable to accommodate young children at our wedding. We hope that this advance notice means you are still able to join us in our celebrations!
THE RECEPTION
We have a long night of music and dancing planned! To ensure the evening flows well, we have set aside a section in the itinerary for speeches. If you would like to say a few words, please get in touch with our toastmaster Emilie (mimmi@voss-schrader.se) so she can schedule you in!

INTERNATIONAL TRAVELLERS
From next year, the British government requires international visitors to get an electronic travel authorisation (ETA). It usually takes 3 days to receive it, so please set a reminder and get started well in advance of your travel date! Most non-EU visitors can apply now, and EU visitors can apply from 5 March 2025.
