This is a short call and a chance for me to get a feel for your event, discuss some initial design ideas and collate all the information I need to put together an accurate quote.

Once the quote has been accepted and the deposit has been paid we’ll have a full consultation where I can gather all the information about your colour schemes, inspiration and details. This is a chance for us to discuss design ideas and specifics about the artwork and details you want included.

Once you are happy with the brief that we have created, I’ll get started on the artwork! I will be in touch along the way with initial sketches and any potential changes or ideas so you have full visibility over the process.

I will then digitise the artwork and send you drafts of the designs with your chosen wording. You can make as many changes as necessary to get everything perfect, and you’ll receive a full digital mock-up of the finished invitation suite with envelopes and any finishing touches you have chosen such as ribbon, wax seals or florals before we go to print.

You’ll also receive digital proofs of all items before we send to print for you to check and approve. Once everything is approved and paid, it’s time to send to print!

Wedding websites will also be built at this stage.

Once I have received your order from the printers I will hand-finish your invitations, print envelopes and liners and make any finishing touches, depending on what you have opted for.

Once assembled, I will deliver your full invitation suite either in person if you are nearby, or by courier if not.
